The old Van Loon’s Garden Club has been replaced by the new VIP Garden Club. This new club will still give you a discount off most products in the nursery, but will be calculated by allocating points to your VIP Garden Club account every time you make a purchase. At the end of each month all your points will be added up and a voucher for the points earned will be mailed out to you. (When $10 has been reached, $1 per point).

The voucher/s will have a ‘valid to’ date on them and you will be able to redeem them during that time for anything in the nursery.

If you are an existing Garden Club member, fill in a new application form at the nursery. We will need to re-enter your details into our new database. From then on, bring your card in so that it can be scanned to give you your points. (We cannot allocate points without the card).

For those that wish to join, fill out the membership application form available at the counter or online. We will then issue you with a membership card which you will need to bring into the nursery to be scanned to give you your points.

We are planning to have special promotions where you may receive, for example, extra points on particular days or on particular products.

By giving us your date of birth you might find a little treat in your mailbox on your birthday!

Vouchers not redeemable for cash.

For all our Seniors Card holders: we will no longer be able to accept Seniors Card. However we will provide you with a new VIP Garden Club card Free Of Charge! You will receive the same discount you enjoyed with your seniors card but have the added benefit of extra points days and a birthday treat (if you provide your date of birth).

The new VIP Garden club is proving to be very popular and we are sure you will love it too!
